By accessing or enrolling in any product or course offered by AI Growth Playbook ("we", "us", "our", "the School"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not access or use the content. These Terms apply globally.

2. License of Use

When you enroll, you get a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own learning.

You may:

  • Stream/download for personal learning
  • Use templates/workbooks in your business

You may NOT:

  • Share or sell course content
  • Modify or reverse-engineer any part of the course
  • Transfer access to others
  • Use content for AI training/scraping

Violation will result in revoked access and possible legal action.

3. Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure. Don’t share your account or login info. Violations may result in account suspension or ban.

4. Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe (via Teachable Payments)
  • VAT/sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location

5. Refund Policy (Risk-Free Trial)

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee, valid if:

  • You complete Lessons 1.1–1.3
  • Submit the first worksheet
  • Request refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Email: customerservicegpb@gmail.com

No refunds after 14 days.

6. Lifetime Access

Your purchase grants lifetime access to the course, subject to platform availability (as long as Teachable is live or the course is hosted).

7. Intellectual Property

All course content is protected by copyright. You may not reuse, repost, or republish any materials without explicit permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Break laws using this site
  • Harass other students
  • Upload malicious software
  • Use bots or automate access
  • Infringe on anyone’s IP

9. Disclaimers

All content is provided as-is without any guarantees of results. We don’t promise income or success — that’s up to your action and effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Business interruptions
  • Platform or payment processor issues

Your only remedy is a refund (within the stated window).
